BuildSourceSupply is a construction products representation and consulting firm based in Florida. We coordinate non-competing building material suppliers on behalf of residential and light commercial builders -serving as the single point of contact between the job site and the product manufacturers who support it. Our role is coordination and problem prevention -most of our value comes after the sale, when timelines, specs, and scope actually matter.
Our model is simple: we represent a curated portfolio of non-competing product lines -each covering a distinct material category -and coordinate them around the builder's project needs. No overlapping suppliers. No conflicting recommendations. No inventory to move.
We exist because material coordination in residential construction is fragmented. Builders manage dozens of supplier relationships, each operating on its own timeline, with its own communication style, and its own agenda.
